PROFILE SUMMARY
Jorge Luis Cardich Pulgar, PhD, is Executive Secretary and researcher at the Konrad Adenauer Chair of the San Ignacio de Loyola University. Former Dean of the Faculty of Business Sciences at USIL and former Academic Director of the Center for Advanced National Studies of Peru.
PhD in Government, with doctoral studies in Business Administration at Externado University in Colombia and postdoctoral studies in Security and Integrated Technology. I also hold master’s degrees in National Development and Defense, a Master’s in Business Administration from ESAN, and a Master’s in Total Quality Management from the School of Industrial Organization in Spain, as well as specialized courses at academic and research centers in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, South Korea, and the USA.
My work focuses on strategic management and planning with a special emphasis on future studies and business ethics, integrating anticipatory governance approaches to strengthen responsible, sustainable, and long-term decision-making.
Founding partner of Global Aerospace Solutions, and founding member of REAL, the Latin American Network of Experts and Analysts.
