Jerome Glenn, USA

PROFILE SUMMARY

Jerome C. Glenn co-founded and directs The Millennium Project, a leading global participatory think tank, which produces the State of the Future reports for the past 20 years. He invented the “Futures Wheel”, a futures assessment technique and concepts such as conscious-technology, transInstitutions, tele-nations, management by understanding, self-actualization economy, feminine brain drain, and definitions of environmental security, collective Intelligence, and scenarios. He wrote about information warfare in the late 1980s in his book Future Mind, sent his first email in 1973, and in the mid-1980s he was instrumental in getting x.25 packet switching in 29 developing countries which was key to their later getting low cost access to the Internet. 

More recently he led the design and implementation of collective intelligence systems for the governments of Kuwait and Egypt, and The Millennium Project’s own Global Futures Intelligence System. His current work includes national workshops to address issues in the Future Work/Tech 2050 Global Scenarios; State of the Future Index for Pakistan, and preparing the next State of the Future report. He was instrumental in naming the first Space Shuttle the Enterprise and banning the first space weapon (FOBS) in SALT II. He has published over 150 future-oriented articles, spoken to over 400 organizations, written several books (Future Mind, Linking the Future, and co-author of Space Trek), and is the editor of Futures Research Methodology Version 3.0 and lead 55 futures research studies.

Jonathan Kolber, USA

PROFILE SUMMARY


Mr. Kolber formerly wrote the international investment letter, Emerging Capital Report, focusing on tech startups. He subsequently wrote Adam Smith’s Wealth of Nations: a 21st Century Translation and Commentary, followed by A Celebration Society, an acclaimed proposal for planetary improvement via an integrated systems approach. 

He participated in the formulation of the X Prize for Longevity, and is an award-winning Toastmaster.

PROFILE SUMMARY

For over thirty years, Dr. Art Murray and his teams have helped organizations around the world transform themselves into knowledge enterprises. He has advised government leaders in ministries of defense, law enforcement, higher education, public health, and whole-of-government in making the transition to a knowledge-based economy. He is technical director on several projects to design and develop knowledge discovery and sharing platforms for integrative medicine, world trade centers, mathematics education, and human-based data science. His decades-long research in human deep learning (http://adaptivedeeplearning.com) has been published in the book: “Deep Learning Manual: the knowledge explorer’s guide to self-discovery in education, work, and life” (2016).

As the first Fellow at the International Institute for Knowledge and Innovation, he is Director of the Enterprise of the Future program (enterpriseofthefuture.org), and author of the book: “Building the Enterprise of the Future: Co-creating and delivering extraordinary value in an eight-billion-mind world” (2018). Prof. Lester Ingber has published over 100 papers and books in theoretical physics, neuroscience, finance, optimization, combat analysis, karate, and education. Prof. Ingber received: his diploma from Brooklyn Technical High School in 1958; his B.S. in physics from Caltech in 1962; his Ph.D. in theoretical nuclear physics from UC San Diego in 1967 while studying at the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen and consulting at RAND in Santa Monica CA.
